It is fast, easy to use and helps you find brandable merch without the faff.

Use this guide to get the most from it, then send your shortlist to me and I will do the rest.

What the new Product Search does

• Search thousands (90,000 to be precise) of products by name, category or idea

• Save favourites to a basket so you can compare options

• Send one enquiry that lands straight in my inbox

Step by step

1. Type anything into search

Think of a product or an occasion. Examples: mugs, recycled pens, welcome packs, winter warmers, event giveaways. Start broad to bring up the biggest range of options.

2. Refine with filters

Use filters to narrow by price, colour, item type, eco cred & express options. This is the quickest way to land on the right spec for your brand and budget.

3. Open a product to see the details

Each product page shows the product image along with a description & rough price range.

4. Add favourites to your basket

Click '+ Quote Basket' on anything you like. The basket is not a checkout. It is a simple way to collect options in one place so your enquiry is clear.

5. Send your enquiry

When you are happy with your shortlist, go to the basket, add a few contact details and hit 'Request Quote'. Your list comes straight to me and I will reply with pricing, the best print method for your artwork and a realistic timeline.

6. What happens next

• I check stock, print options and deadlines

• I recommend the best value route and alternatives if there is a better fit

• You receive a clear quote and a sensible timeline

• From here you can then request any amends, samples, visuals or go ahead with an order

Tips for a faster quote

• Quantity and budget.

  • Even a range is helpful. For example, 100 to 150 units or £3 to £4 per unit.

• Deadline.

  • Tell me your event date or in-hands date. I will work back from there.

• Artwork.

  • For quoting purposes, just a basic 1 colour print or full colour print will suffice.

• Sustainability preferences.

  • Recycled, UK made or plastic free. Say what matters most to you!

Do I need an account?

No. Use the search freely and send an enquiry without creating an account.

Can I see prices online?

Prices vary by print method, quantity and lead time. I reply quickly with accurate pricing for your brief. Each product will have a guide range.

What if I cannot find what I need?

Type your idea into the search, even if it is niche. If it exists, I can usually brand it. You can also send a blank enquiry with a description and I will suggest options.

Can I get samples?

Yes of course. Depending on the item there may be a small charge.

How long will my order take?

Typical lead times are 1 to 3 weeks, but I can often source rush options. Tell me your date and I’ll confirm what’s possible.

Do you offer eco options and UK made?

Yes, absolutely. Use the filters or mention your preference. I will steer you to recycled, recyclable or UK made picks.
